Hi all, Over the Summer we had our network upgraded which included installations of new a Aruba controller, switches, and access points. We use a RADIUS server for user authentication onto the wireless network. All has been well until I discovered today that when an Apple Mac (iMacs, MacBooks, etc) running on macOS/OS X is connected to the network using WiFi only, it’s unable to connect to any shared drives or printers.
Prior to the Aruba installs, this was possible. I tried installing the printers again and received an error message saying that it was unable to verify the printer from the server. Meanwhile the shared drives take ages to try to connect and then just error message saying unable to connect and to check IPs are correct. Our environment is predominantly Windows 10 based and our laptops and surfaces have no issues connecting to shared drives and printers using the WiFi only.
Internet access on the Macs via WiFi works fine too. Any ideas what could be causing this issue for the Macs? Thanks in advance for any tips.

Thank you for the response. I have changed the Rules for this particular Role using the Controller's AurbaOS so that the only rule is Any Any Any Permit. I have also used a SSH to see what the rights are using CLI. What exactly should I be looking for to see what traffic is/is not allowed for this Role?

On a side note, I have been able to use Airprint on an iPad on the same network, although the iPads are using a Role created for students, which should in theory be more locked down with rules that an iMac. I have placed the iMac in the same Role and still no joy with SMB connections or printing.
So now I'm really not sure what the issue might be.
